Step-by-Step Instructions

Cut circle for head from peach cardstock.
Cut 2 white ovals, 2 black ovals, 2 black circles for eyes. Adhere by running through Xyron 1.5" create-a-sticker.
Cut mouth from black cardstock. Adhere with 3/8" Adhesive Runner.
Cut the girl's collar from black cardstock. Adhere to bottom of head with 3/8" Adhesive Runner. Punch a hole in edge of each side of girls collar. Tie ribbon through holes.
Cut the hat from black cardstock. Cut girls hair from tan cardstock. Adhere using 3/8" Adhesive Runner.
Attach craft sticks to back of heads using 3/8" Adhesive Runner.
