Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Lay 13 popsicle sticks in a row & adhere together with red sticky strip tape & popsicle sticks going vertical on back, leaving two sticking up to add 3 more popsicle sticks.
  2. Paint popsicle sticks desired color & let dry.
  3. Cut out shapes from patterned paper & adere with laminate/ permanent adhesive to top of holder.
  4. Adhere sticky notes paper
  5. Using Xyron PCS & Xyron 1.5" create-a-sticker, place title on bottom of holder.
  6. Decorate with rub-ons & tie ribbon & attach pen for notes holder.
