    I took my design runner out to use after being in storage for 8 months and found the starter design disc which came with the machine is no longer recognised . By the machine.

  • Design runner sceen

    Hi all, can you tell me if there is any where in the uk that can mend my design runner??? , the screen will not light up so there fore I can not see if the runner is switched on or not, also I can not see any of the designs I need to use on the SD card, thank you in advance,Polly x

    Hi, I am just wondering if there is some where in the UK that can repair my Design Runner,?? the screen will not light up so therefore I do not know if it is on or not, also can not see which design I would like to use from the SD card, hope that you can help with this problem, Polly

    Hello, I just purchase the Xyron Design Runner and the Xyron Design Disc Maker. I have watched a couple of videos on YouTube to get the feel of the Runner. However, my runner does not start printing for 2.5 inches no matter where I start on the paper. Is this normal? Is it also normal for it to shut...

  • Design runner

    It has no display. Have changed batteries. I can use it by printing a saying and then scrolling down by numbers. This is wasting a lot of ink. Any suggestions?

  • Design Runner Disc Maker Disc Error

    I just purchased, brand new, in the box, the design runner, disc maker and all accessories. When trying to use the disc maker, I get an error. After typing in what I want on the machine, per instructions, I insert the blank disc and push SAVE. I get an error on the screen that says FONT DISC HAS AN ERROR...
