Don’t let distractions surrounding COVID-19 take away from the amazing opportunity we have to spend time with our families. Social distancing is new for most of us, and together our world is creating history.
For families practicing self-quarantine at home, finding crafts for kids is not easy. During these uncertain times, we know many of us are spending more time with family and getting creative in the process. Xyron wants to help! We're launching a new blog to share some fun craft ideas for parents and kids.
During this time we are lucky that social distancing doesn’t impact our ability to connect through online communities and social media. It is our goal to provide ways for you and your family to fill your time, remain creative, reduce stress, and maintain social connection using Xyron® products.
Family Bonding Time
By the power of crafting, we want to provide you with ideas to maintain a healthy mind and make connections with loved ones.
Here are some crafting ideas that are inclusive for everyone at home:
- Vision boards! Using magazines and any one of the Xyron sticker makers, cut out inspirational visuals and stick them to your board.
- Chore Charts! Develop a new set of chores and create fun charts. Use Creative Stations to add laminate/magnet for dry-erase capability and display on your fridge.
- Bookmarks! Reading is more fun with adorable corner bookmarks that are easy and fun to make, using the Xyron Tape Runner.
- Scrapbook! Collect your favorite family pictures, some scrap paper, and a Creative Station; Xyron makes it easy.
