Attached Update is for your Original Wishblade Software v. 3.0---NOT for your Create & Cut software. 

Steps for installation:

Saving Updater and Unzipping:

1.  Save attachment to your C: drive--preferably in a folder you can easily find it in later if needed.

2.  After you have saved attachment, locate it by using your Explore function ie:  Rt. click start>lft. click explore.

3.  Once you have the zipped file showing on the right hand side of your screen, right click on it and choose "extract all".  This will enable your WinZip program to unzip the file and allow you access to the contents. 

 

 Installing Updater (vista driver): 

*******Do NOT have the USB or Power cable inserted********

1.  Dbl click unzipped folder (it’s probably named the same as the zipped folder)

2.  Dbl click 'Driver'

3.  Dbl click 'English'

4.  Dbl click 'DSETUP.exe'

5.  'Install Xyron Wishblade Driver?'-- click OK.  Continue following through the process and hitting ok/next/yes or whatever. 

6.  After the installation is finished a Help Tutorial will pop up offering you Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000.  Choose Vista--this screen will walk you through what Vista screens will pop up as when you plug in the USB cable and the power cable. 

Note:  After installation is finished a Vista window will pop up and tell you it could have installed incorrectly.  Go ahead and click cancel…this window is unnecessary.

After you feel installation is finished close all applications and restart your computer.
