Cleaning requirements depend on the frequency and use of the machine.
When changing a cartridge, remove any adhesive build up on the machine
with Isopropyl alcohol or a similar adhesive remover.
Under normal conditions, cleaning will be required every couple of
months. For cleaning instructions, refer to the user manual.
The Starter Clip comes with the Xyron 850 and Xyron 1200 machines. It is designed to help you position the adhesive/laminating/magnet material between the rollers to load the cartridge easier and faster. It is located on the side of the machine (in the clear pocket) and must be saved for re-loading cartridges.
The best way to run Punch Art through the Xyron 850 and Xyron 1200 is to flip the Paddle (translucent grey plastic piece attached to the input tray) backwards. Then, position the Punch Art as close to the rollers as possible.
