Great for a Valentine's Day gift.
Materials Needed
Xyron Personal
Cutting System
Xyron PCS Holiday Book
Xyron Adhesive Runner
Xyron 2" Adhesive Runner
Metal Book Ring (available at dept store in office supply section)
1 Hole Punch
Silver Gel Pen
4 pieces of cardstock in coordinating colors cut into 4x4 squares
2 yards of ribbon cut in 2 inch strips
Various embellishments (I used glitter, seed beads, and buttons)
Directions:
1. Using XPCS with Holiday book cut out ten shape #72’s (scalloped
heart) in large and ten shape #73’s (straight edge heart) in large as
well.
2. Use 2 inch Cheetah to layer each straight edged heart over the
scalloped edged hearts.
3. Using Adhesive runner go around the edges of the scallops making them
sticky. Dip edges in glitter and/or seed beads.
4. Stick embellishments to hearts where you want them.
5. Add sentiments, EX: “I promise to give you a back massage..” (for
your significant other) or “Get ice cream for dinner” (for a child) etc.
to your hearts.
6. Stack hearts so they’re even and punch a hole in the upper left
corner through all. Clasp together with ring.
7. Tie ribbon on clasp to embellish and you’re done!!
