Step-by-Step Instructions

Die cut scallop circle with Cricut from striped paper at fit to page setting
Use the Xyron Mega Runner to adhere negative of scallop circle cut on top of cupcake paper
Punch ½” x 6" scallop border, ink edges
Use the Xyron Mega Runner to adhere a 4x6 photo and scallop border to inside of scallop circle area
Cut 3 1/2 x 1/2 piece of cupcake paper and ink edges
Adhere matted cupcake strip and 2x3 photos to blue cardstock using the Xyron Mega Runner and then blue cardstock to left side of cupcake scallop circle slightly overlapping 4x6 photo
Use the Xyron Mega Runner to add pom pom trim along bottom of photos and mat stickers on cardstock with pop dots, trim and ink edges
Use the Xyron Mega Runner to adhere long matted sticker and pink mat above 2x3 photos
Hand cut cupcake pieces from patterned paper and cardstock, ink edges and adhere using Xyron Mega Runner
Punch small red heart for top of cupcake
Cut 3 presents from present paper, ink edges and use Xyron Mega Runner to adhere to left of large cupcake overlapping
Use the Xyron Mega Runner to adhere matted “Happy Birthday” sticker to right side of the large cupcake and adhere smaller cupcake to bottom right corner
Add adhesive jewels to present bows, cupcake strip and heart on large cupcake
