Step-by-Step Instructions

Cut white cardstock in a double circle to create a card.
Cut green velvet paper into a hat shape. Use the Xyron 3/8" adhesive runner to adhere on front of card. Cut a strip of white cardstock for a hat band. Run through Xyron 1.5" create-a-sticker on both sides. Apply glitter to one side. Stick on hat.
Cut orange cardstock into a triangle for a nose. Use Xyron 3/8" runner to adhere to front.
Attach brads for eyes and mouth.
