Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Run all paper through the Xyron 9" Creative Station and leave on adhesive backing. (This will serve as your cutting mat)
  2. Use Oval Card as template and trace on 2 pieces of patterned paper. Run both through Xyron 9" Creative Station. Take the front piece and place the Embroidery Disk then take the second piece to sandwhich the Disk in place. (You will join adhesive side to adhesive side)
  3. Open Create and Cut. Create an oval with peace sign and the word "sweet." You can also purchase the shapes using the supplied links. Apply these to the front of the card.
  4. Cut a triangle out of a piece of cardstock, making sure the widest poin it not wider than the Oval Card and the height is not more than 3 inches taller than the Oval Card. Measure 2 inches down from the tip of the triangle and cut a line to remove the tip. Fold 1/2 down to create a flap (you may want to score first). Use this card as a template to cut 2 pieces of felt to the same shape, then run the felt through the Xyron 9" Creative Station. Attach to the card using a hot glue gun.
  5. Make 3 strips of ribbon (the same width as the Oval Card) and run one through the Xyron 1.5" create-a-sticker. You are going to create a kick stand for your Jewelry Holder by attaching a piece of ribbon between the card and the flap on the back. Attach one end of the ribbon by hot gluing a strip to the felt piece and linking then attach the other end using the ribbon you ran through the 1.5" create-a-sticker.
  6. Take your beads and hot glue two together. Then hot glue these pairs to the front of the Card to create hanging posts.
