Halloween CD Case

Artist:
Alice Golden for Xyron and Karen Foster Design
Estimated Time:
1.5 Hours
Difficulty:
Intermediate

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. With the Xyron Design Runner and Occasions design disc print "Spooktacular" several times in a circle onto the Papaya Puree Dark cardstock. (Tip: I found the easiest way to do this is to hold the Design Runner in one position and rotate the cardstock. Practice on scrap paper first!). Trim to fit metal CD tin and ink edges with black ink.
  2. Print "Halloween Music" on Ghoulish Green paper and trim to circle shape to fit inside cardstock, as shown. Ink edges with black and add witches hat sticker to one edge.
  3. Attach orange loopy brads to either side of circle and thread with orange Scrapper's Floss. Add alphabet beads to a safety pin to spell "Boo" and attach to Scrapper's Floss. Knot mini orange ric-rac through end of safety pin.
  4. Apply magnet tape to back of decorated cardstock and adhere to cover of CD tin.
