Step-by-Step Instructions

Use the Creatopia Cutz component with the scallop and postage stamp blades to cut strips of paper.
Then cut down a blue piece of paper to 8" x 10 1/2", then cut into this paper leaving 1/2" uncut on each side and only cut the paper in one direction.
Next weave decrorative strips of paper through the cut paper.
Then use Creatopia and apply adhesive on the weaved paper. Apply weaved paper to the 8 1/2" x 11" navy cardstock.
Cut a 4" x 8" piece of light blue cardstock. Handwrite a message or print one from the computer leaving enough room to place a 4" x 6" photo on page.
Run light blue cardstock message, photo and "GRAD" die cuts though the Creatopia with Permanent adhesive and adhere on page.
