Step-by-Step Instructions

Apply paint to frame, covering front and all edges, set aside to dry.
Punch multiple flowers using all three sizes of punches-out of coordinating patterned papers.
Ink edges of frame and all flowers.
Sand tops of brown buttons.
Run all flowers thru Xyron 9" Creative Station. (You may use other machines such as the Xyron 5" create-a-sticker or 5" Creative Station.)
Adhere and layer all flowers to painted frame base.
Adhere sanded buttons to create center of largest flowers by using the Xyron 1.5" create-a-sticker.
Adhere jewels in center of flowers.
