Step-by-Step Instructions

Cut pink cardstock to 2' x 6', 4 1/2' x 6', blue cardstock to 1 1/2' x 6', 3 1/4' x 3 1/4', 3/4' x 6', stripe paper to 3' x 3' and cupcake paper to size (10' x 6')
Use scallop punch to punch one side of each pink strip and ink edges with brown marker
Punch out Happy Birthday in center of blue cardstock
Adhere the cupcake paper to the front of bag using the 9" Creative Station, then the smaller pink strip on the bottom of the bag, smaller blue strip centered on top.
Then add icing on the cake sticker to the top
Use the 9" Creative Station to mat the blue square in middle of bag with stripe paper and cut out cardstock cake on top
Add your treat to the bag
Then Use the 9" Creative Station to adhere Happy Birthday to center of larger pink strip about 1/2" up from scallop
Use the Xyron 9" Creative Station to adhere the pink cardstock by wrapping extra ends of the strip around to back of the bag to seal it
Add gemstones and party hats to embellish
