Step 1 - Cut a 9" x 4.25" rectangle from the dotted Basic Grey
pattern paper. Fold it in half and adhere only the bottom and the
right sides, leaving the top and the center open.
Step 2 - Cut a 5" x 3.5" rectangle from the pink Basic Grey pattern paper. Fold it in half and adhere the left and right edges, leaving the bottom and center open. Step 3 - Put the smaller rectangle on top of the larger rectangle, inserting the larger rectangle into the smaller one. Punch a hole through both rectangles and set an eyelet. Now the top rectangle should be able to open and close as shown in the photo. Step 4 - Cut a tag from a piece of pattern paper, 4" x 2.5" in size. Write the details of the party on this card and slip it into the large rectangle as shown. |
