Instructions
Step 1 - Using the Karen Foster Font and Shapes Design Book with the Xyron Personal Cutting System, cut a large circle tag from each sheet of patterned paper.

Step 2 -  Switch out the Karen Foster Design Book for the Whimsical Font Design Book. From the solid color paper, you will cut a Default size monogram.

Step 3 - Using the Xyron Design Disk Maker and Chalkboard Font Disk, type in and save the pertinent information.  Depending on the length of names, you may need to adjust the size of the print from 100% to 50% or 33%.  In the example, each line of text was saved and printed individually at 50%.

Step 4 - Place one tag face up on your work surface. Lay the ruler guide from the Design Runner Accessory Kit over the  tag. Remove the blank disk from the Disk Maker and place it in the Design Runner. Print each line of information on the tag, making sure to shift the ruler down for each additional line.

Step 5 - Using the Xyron Adhesive Runner, place a small amount of adhesive on the back of your monogram. Center the monogram on the front of the unprinted tag. This adhesive is just to hold the monogram in place while in the lamination process.

Step 6 - Place a small amount of adhesive on the back of one tag. You will then place each tag back to back and press together.

Step 7 - Carefully feed the entire tag through the Xyron 510 with Two-sided Lamination Cartridge.  Trim the excess lamination from the edges of the tag.

Step 8 - Punch a hole through the lamination where the tag hole is.  Loop keychain through the hole.
