    I am so glad to find out that I am not the only one with a problem with this product. I have had the same experience as you. I am tempted to mail it to Xyron and forget about it. However, I really do like the results I get with the runner. I didn't have trouble until maybe my third or four refill...

  • replacement for 510 upper rubber roller
