  • Mac Issues

    I have a new red Xyron Wishblade running Create and Cut Plus on a Mac Mini Operating with 10.6.8 software. When I cut with the Wishblade the first cut goes just fine, but the next cut fails because the Production Manager is not recognized.   • Wishblade read port error

    I am constantly getting a "read port error" when I do a Contour Cut using the contour cut marks I printed from the program. I print my sheet from Create and Cut (on my Mac), It scans the first set of marks then after the second, it gives the error. It does not matter what type of paper I use...
