  • cutting failure

    I have a blue wishblade and use it with a dedicated laptop running xp. Every time I go to use the wishblade, it won't cut correctly. In the past I've had to reload the software but this is getting ridiculous. Any ideas why this is continually happening?

  • 'Failed to Load Image' message when I try to use Auto Trace

    I've been trying to use JPG files in Auto Trace, but for some reason, when I go to load the image, I get 'Failed to Load Image'. Not sure why, I've done the same thing before with no problems. Getting really frustrated! Tried restarting computer, but that didn't work. Not sure if...
