xyron wishblade won't cut through the paper
I'm using my wishblade to cut 40lb paper on the cutting matte, but it stopped cutting through... I bought a brand new blade, but it still won't cut, even with the pressure set to 3, the pink cap on, and the machine set to cut 3 passes. I checked and the blade is at 3:00 and totally into the housing...
