xyron wishblade won't cut through the paper

I'm using my wishblade to cut 40lb paper on the cutting matte, but it stopped cutting through... I bought a brand new blade, but it still won't cut, even with the pressure set to 3, the pink cap on, and the machine set to cut 3 passes. GSD files

Is there some way I can convert the GSD files I have recently downloaded from UKS so I can cut them on my wishblade. Unable to use on Vista

I have the Wishblade WB100-20 (Blue) which I bought a while back. I also have the original and have not been able to use it due to a number of medical problems. Now that I can finally enjoy the Wishblade I can not because my husband keeps our MAC's current as he is an Apple employee/trainer. I will email you also.

Wishblade read port error

I am constantly getting a "read port error" when I do a Contour Cut using the contour cut marks I printed from the program. I print my sheet from Create and Cut (on my Mac), It scans the first set of marks then after the second, it gives the error. It does not matter what type of paper I use...
