  • cutting failure

    I have a blue wishblade and use it with a dedicated laptop running xp. Every time I go to use the wishblade, it won't cut correctly. In the past I've had to reload the software but this is getting ridiculous. Any ideas why this is continually happening?

    I have found out that isn't exactly true. I have instructions from someone on how to get it to work with the Blue Wishblade (I have in PDF)......and because ONE COMPANY made the SIlhouette AND Wishblade, they are the SAME machine. You can get a driver from the original manufacturer and do some configuring...

    Windows 7 is not being released until October 22, that said as far as our most recent testing and the most recent available release to developers there are no issues with our current Create and Cut Plus. This is the same for Apple's Snow Leopard. You will not need to update your Wishblade machine...
