I am setting up a Xyron Wishblade that I bought a few years ago, and then had health problems and had to quit my crafting for three years. I purchased Create and Cut Plus from Amazon in April so that I would have the newest software to go with it, and because it said that it was Mac compatible. I am running Lion.
Slowly but surely I've been figuring out what I'm doing, but I cannot get the Contour Cut Marks to print. I can make them in C&C+ but then when I print, they're gone. Is there something that I need to set somewhere?
By the way, I downloaded the patches that I found on your website and was able to put a new xyron.csm file in the Output Drivers folder when I downloaded the Pressure patch, but when I downloaded the Print & Cut Patch for Mac, I just got a file called pmcutter.bundle. When I double click that, Terminal opens and then nothing else happens.

With Mac Lion you will need an update that we can email you. First, for Mac OS 10.7 you will need to have and existing copy of, or purchase the Create and Cut PLUS software program. Second, we need the following information from you: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Serial Number from the Back of your Wishblade, and the Date and Place you purchased the Create and Cut Plus software program.
