I have had my Xyron for a few years. Recently, I began having problems with it. Specifically, I turn the power on and the blade and the mechanism that moves it just starts shaking in one spot and it does not move. I can not do anything with it and was wondering if there was a way to get it repaired.
The Xyron Personal Cutting System is a discontinued product. We still carry supplies for it online but do not have in house service. Unfortunately there is a 1 year warranty on it so we cannot help you with repair or replacement.
