I need some help. Why is the paper creased when I run it through adhesive?
When installing the adhesive cartridge make sure you set the width to the widest setting - "3" then place the cartridge in the machine with the leading edge going through the rollers. Change the width setting back to "1". Then turn the handle untill several inches have come out the back. Then place your paper in the machine and turn the roller. You should not experience creasing If you still are give us a call.

Hi,
I use setting 2 for everything thing I run thru the adhesive, except when I use the fabric adhesive I use setting 1. Hope that helps.
I just checked with the product manager and Tinkerbell is absolutely correct - Setting 2 is the universal setting. Setting 1 is for fine materials like fabric, 3 for large items, and 2 for everything else.
