Hi Xyron Support,
I'm writing with regard to my Pink Wishblade, which I purchased in May 2010 and use on my Macbook. About a month ago I launched Create and Cut Plus as I usually do, but the interface was different-- a lot of the toolbars are missing and I am unable to use the software to cut anything on my Wishblade. I am not sure what might have caused this since I had launched this application as per usual.
I also seem to have misplaced the software installation cd. Would I be able to have the software e-mailed to me, since I have already purchased this, and have no idea why Create and Cut Plus suddenly doesn't work? I can provide my Wishblade's serial number and proof of purchase if necessary. Let me know also if I can provide any additional information or clarification.

I believe we already emailed you the software. If not let me know.
However if it happens again you can run the program called Preference Manager which is located in your Xyron Create and Cut Plus folder in the Applications Folder on your computer. Once you launch Preference manager let it load the factory default settings and it will go back to normal.
