I've been trying to use JPG files in Auto Trace, but for some reason, when I go to load the image, I get 'Failed to Load Image'. Not sure why, I've done the same thing before with no problems. Getting really frustrated! Tried restarting computer, but that didn't work.
Not sure if this would make a difference, but I save the files as jpgs in Photoshop on my Mac, then put them on a flashdrive to upload to the PC. But like I said, it has worked before and now it's not.
Make sure when you same the files in Photoshop on the mac that you "flatten" the layers - then make sure you save it with the extension " .jpg " The PC needs to have the extensions where the mac does not.
