I have been trying for the last 4 hours to get this wishblade (blue) to cut. I am using Wishblade Advanced, and when I try to cut the cutter with either do nothing or pull the paper through in both directions a few times then do nothing. I have tried everything and don't know what else to try.
When the controller loads - turn the track enhancing option OFF - this will stop it from feeding. If it still will not cut then call us at support.
