Hello there

Wondered if anyone can help.

I Purchased a Pink Wishblade a year or two ago in the UK and have been quite happily using it on a PC with Windows XP. I have just bought an iMac with the new Intel i3 processor and wish to install the Wishblade on this now. However I am having some problems.

When I insert the disc for Mac and click Installer, I get a message saying "Installer has been interrupted" and I can either re-load or cancel.

I received 2 discs with my cutter originally. One was a disc for Windows with Create and Cut Version 1.0 and Xyron Wishblade V.4.1. The other disc was for Mac OSX and had Create and Cut Version 1.0.

Please could you help or advise where I could download software that will allow my Pink Wishblade to cut using my iMac.

If you are using Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger) the older Create and Cut 1.0 will work great.

If you are using Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard) or Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard) you need to upgrade to the Create and Cut PLUS software.

For more information on Plus go to:  http://www.xyron.com/enUS/Products/Wishblade/Xyron_Wishblade/Create_and_Cut_Plus.html

If you just purchased a new mac then you probably have Snow Leopard as your OS. So you will need to upgrade to the PLUS software. However, If you are using the right version of Create and Cut for your Mac's OS and still having problems cutting please call or email us directly at tech support.
