When I cut, the paper and cutting mat are shifting all over. It seems that the "Gripper wheels" are not gripping it tight enough. Is there a setting I am missing to tighten it down to hold the paper?
These are going to sound like very silly questions but I have seen it happen at our scrapbook club meetings.
Are you removing the waxy yellow protection sheet and appling your paper to the sticky white surface?
Are you lining up the edge of the mat with the small guideline on the left side of the machine? (just left and in front of the roller)
Are you rolling your mat and paper into the machine until the edge of the paper is even with the back edge of the cutting surface?
Do you have your mat upside down?
Is your mat worn out or lost the stickyness?
