I just purchased a Design Runner, I've read the directions, installed the ink cartridge and watched video, it seems simple, but the machine prints absolutely nothng at all. Can you help?
Have you tried using the Ink Cartridge Cleaning Utility:
Turn the Design Runner ON and press the WRENCH button.
Press the Green Button, then when you see the "P" button, Drag the Design Runner to the right along a piece of paper.
Repeat this several times until you print a solid black rectangle.
With your Design Runner off you can manually clean it by taking a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol very lightly run it over the print head (located on the bottom of the Desgin Runner). Be careful because this can be messy.
