Hi, I am just wondering if there is some where in the UK that can repair my Design Runner,?? the screen will not light up so therefore I do not know if it is on or not, also can not see which design I would like to use from the SD card, hope that you can help with this problem, Polly
When did you purchase the Design Runner? If it is within a one year period it is still under warranty. If so send us your complete name, address, phone, and purchase receipt and we can help you further.
If it is out of warranty, we do not have an Xyron certified product servicing in the UK or anywhere. You can try to contact any computer dealer that does repairs and see if they would be able to service it.
