My files are not cutting all the way through.  Half will cut and the other half will only score.  I have changed my blade.  This happened all of a sudden.  Any suggestions as to why this is happening?  Very frustrating.

It can be many things - but it sounds like you need to do some basic maintenance that will fix the problem:

• First used canned air to clean out the inside of the machine including under the optical reader and blade area. 
• Clean out you blade caps with canned air - always use the new ones that come with your blades.
• Make sure your Black cutting strip is smooth and not gouged - if there are a lot of cuts on it its time to replace it.
• Make sure your cutting mat is either new or clean - use a tape-type link remover to clean it - always keep the yellow sheet on top to protect it and keep it clean - if it is dented or warped it will also cause the problem you are having.
• Clean the white rollers in your Wishblade - use a bit of rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and get all the adhesive or anything else off of them.
• Make sure there are no loose parts or anything inside the machine.

Make sure you are on a smooth level surface and that there are no cords or debris of any kind that block the movement of the cutting mat.

If you are using very heavy paper you may need to do multiple cuts - you can do this automatically in the Cut Plot Dialog - choose the Options Tab then change the PASSES (near the bottom right) to 2 or more as needed.
