I have contacted you by email and on this support forum. It has been nearly three weeks of problems and your product still does not work correctly.
I am using Create and Cut Plus 1.0 on a Mac 10.6.8 system and a pink Wishblade (serial number H704B08727; purchased 3 November 2011). The software is the package downloaded from https://rcpt.yousendit.com/1282076216/0c8ca317b403cee018fb7cc3d4d06d6e as detailed in your email of 10 November 2011.This is my problem: When I send a file to the Wishblade, the mat with paper attached does not advance through the rollers. The pen (I am testing with a ballpoint in the pen holder) traces along under the carriage as though the 2D figure were collapsed to a single line. This occurs whether the file is a native .fs text or polygon, a converted .ai graphic or a .tif from the sample folder in the downloaded software package.I have downloaded the software package twice, deleting the previous package before the second attempt.
This seems like a driver problem, as there is no sound from the drive wheels or servos as the pen moves laterally.
The Create and Cut program uses the generic Postscript Driver that comes with your Mac OS. So it is not a driver problem. The update that I sent you on November 11 fixed issues regarding cutting consecutively and using registration marks when cutting.
You will need to give us a call when you have access to your computer running Create and Cut Plus and your Wishblade to discuss this further. 1-877-392-9474 (8a-5p EST)
