Wishblade Create and Cut Plus 1.0 and Windows Vista

Just received the Wishblade 4.1 with Create and Cut Plus 1.0 software.  While the Wishblade 4.1 worked just fine, once I installed Create and Cut Plus 1.0, I can not get it to cut.  The production manager "status" for the job reads "cannot open port"

I am using it with Windows Vista.

Help please! The online Help that comes with the software is mis-named because it is not very Helpful at all!

You need to change the port from Graphtec USB to one of your USB printer drivers.

To do this:

1. Open Production Manager.
2. Right click on where it says Wishblade @Graphtec USB and select CHANGE PORT
3. Click on a port other then the Graphtec port.
4. Select APPLY then OK and proceed to cut.
5. You may have to repeat this several times trying all available USB ports on your computer.
