I just updated my Mac to OS Lion and now I can use the Create and Cut Plus software but it does not seem to be able to communicate with my Wishblade (pink) to cut. I get an error message in the production manager about a driver? (I can't read the whole message). Has the software been tested with Lion yet and will there be plans for an update?
We are currently testing Create and Cut with Lion. So far we are aware that it will not work with the original Create and Cut Plus. We have an update for Snow Leopard (its a full working version) that does works with Lion.
First - Remove the old version using the UNISTALL program that is located in your APPLICATIONS / XYRON CREATE AND CUT PLUS folder. Then Download the version that I will email you and install it.
To get the download email me your Wishblade serial number, date of purchase for Wishblade and Create and Cut Plus (you must own Create and Cut Plus to receive the download), along with your name, address and phone number to ts.primary@onebox.com
When using Create an Cut Plus with Lion always keep the Production Manager Loaded - do not close it unless you have already closed the Create and Cut Plus program. If you accidentally close Production Manager you will not be able to cut - Force Quit Create and Cut and reboot your computer.
Since Lion has only been out for about a week we will be continuing to test it for a while - so please report any problems you are having to me at ts.primary@onebox.com and we will address any issues.
