We bought the ezlamintor for our farmers market signs and love the product... except the cutter is missing.
We bought it from Staples and the box seemed to be factory sealed... but when it came time to cut our first graphic, we realized that it was missing.
Our farm is an hour and a half away from the store, so it's not really convenient for us to return it and get another one. Is it possible to get one mailed to us?
