Hello!
I need help with my 5" creative station. I can thread or put the clear film under the cutting bar but where does the white sticky paper go? When I slide the cartridge back into place and put the clear film under the cutting bar, then turn the handle the clear film just turns and collects over the roller bar and the white sticker paper does not move. Any suggestions? Thanx in advance. Linda

The manual doesn't help. I am having the same problem. You need to write better directions for this machine.
I am also having the very same problem. the wheel makes a grinding noise and then thesticky substance wraps itself around. This happened at the end of a roll and it happened in the next roll. I am thinking there is a malfunction in the machine as opposed to installation of the cartridge. Since I have only used the 2 cartridges it has not been overworked.
Are you receiving the emails that I am sending in response to this problem?
Make sure when you place a new cartridge into the 5" creative station that you place the material under the roller when you are inserting it. I think this will solve your problems.
