I have the above machine, it is only 3 months old and now it is not cutting the fonts correctly.
It is not cutting the items correctly and is over cutting.
Can you help. Please

Yes I have a new mat and I have had a look at the blade and it does not appear to be warn!
It seems to cut some items ok then other are incomplete and others are squoshed and overlapping themselves.
Any help would be grealy appreciated.
