Hello

I have the above machine, it is only 3 months old and now it is not cutting the fonts correctly.

It is not cutting the items correctly and is over cutting.

Can you help. Please

Sorry to hear about your machine. Do you have a new blade & cutting mat installed?

Hello

Yes I have a new mat and I have had a look at the blade and it does not appear to be warn!

It seems to cut some items ok then other are incomplete and others are squoshed and overlapping themselves.

Any help would be grealy appreciated.

Sorry we got disconnected on the phone. I found out we would send you the machine but I would need proof of your purchase. If you can scan it to me at my email then we can send you out the replacement machine.
