I am the original owner of this Wishblade and I have always loved it. Today I started cutting out "fan" pieces for my wedding programs and I am struggling. All of a sudden, in the middle of the project, the Wishblade finds the 1st registration mark and when it scrolls down to find the 2nd, it ejects the carrier sheet out of the back of the machine.
I calibrated the machine and I have adjusted all page settings - I've tried the carrier sheet setting, Letter and ISO4 to no avail.
It was nice talking to you today. Wishing you much happiness on your wedding.
Make sure your design does not extend beyond the registration marks and that you have all weed lines turned off. Make sure you have it set up to the proper size of the cutting mat. When printing make sure your scale settings are set to 100%.
With reading registration marks lighting is key - keep the lights in the room low or off - I always put a towel on the top of my Wishblade to block out all light!

Thank you for the suggestions. These are items that I have done and discussed with the customer support center.
I notice that when I try to cut a regular piece of cardstock, the cutter is printing opposite of where I have it positioned on the screen.
Any suggestions on how to correct this? Maybe this has something to do with the sheet ejecting?
This is an unusual problem and I think we need to discuss it in detail. Call us: 1-877-392-9474 (8a-5p EST).
