The two sheets of the laminate cartridge have come apart. Attempts to put them back together are jamming the device and/or yielding wrinkled lamintated items. Is there a way to reconnect the two laminate sheets on the refilz cartridge or does it need to be scrapped?
Have you watched the online video for laminate: http://www.xyron.com/enUS/Videos/Creatopia_Refillz.html - it gives a great demo on the proper way to insert and use the cartridge.
