looking to buy xyron wishblade and it comes with suite v 2.20 software will i be able to cut magnets that are .030 and can i cut any shape i want to look cut a dog out of it or do i need to buy new software or something thanks so much Brad
Brad- You will most definitely be able to cut magnet that is .3mm thick with the Wishblade. Depending on the magnet material you may have to practice how intricate you can cut the design. Also, because magnet is so dense you may need 2 passes vs 1 and may need to replace the blade more frequently.
I worry about using the Wishblade 2.2 software because it is no longer supported by us and any machine still coming with that software would be years out of warranty. The best software to use is our Create and Cut or Create and Cut Plus, it has the most versatility and the most compatibilty with computers and operating systems. If you found a screaming deal on the machine you can always get the software after the fact and it will be compatible with your older machine.
