We have a xyron wishblade...when we hit the print button the paper feeds forward and halfway thru the return feed it makes a loud grinding sound and feeds cutting mat complety out of the back, but continues with the cut. Cant find anything in support. Any help would be appreciated.

Tizzy, Check your settings. Are you selecting cut or PRINT? Or are you trying to do a print and cut? Did you tell the machine the size you are using? It might be that your image is larger than your cut area. Please check your output preferences first. Are you using the Wishblade software or the create and cut?
Yep I agree it sounds like a size problem. In the Create and Cut - Cut Plot dialog under the General Tab, if you are using the cutting mat, you must have the MATERIAL set to User Defined and 8.5 x 12 anything larger and it will spit the paper out - it thinks the paper is the size entered here. If you are using letter size paper make sure your Material setting is set to LETTER.
Also make sure when you put the cutting mat into your machine that you roll it in only about 1/2 of an inch - so it is just under the rollers. If you roll it in to far it will spit it out the back as well.
In the Wishblade software you may need to turn Track Enhancing OFF. The option is a check box in Controller.
