I have been trying for the last 4 hours to get this wishblade (blue) to cut. I am using Wishblade Advanced, and when I try to cut the cutter with either do nothing or pull the paper back & forth a few times then do nothing. I have tried everything and don't know what else to try.
In the Wishblade Advanced software select cut, the controller will load, turn OFF - Track Enhancing and it will stop pulling it back and forth. Make sure your graphic have an outline color assigned to it. Call tech support for more help.
