I want to cut decoupage on my windows 7 laptop using recognition marks, so that i can get rid of my vista one. which software can I use to replace funtions of the wishblade software that does not work on windows 7. can we download free replacement software from you.

For Windows 7 we recommend using the Create and Cut Plus software.

Where can I buy create and cut plus online in the UK. I cant find it at all or do I need to order it from the US. Is the software the same where ever I get it and is it the same price in the UK as the US taking into acount the exchange rate. Sometime things are cheaper from the US as companies tend to charge the same amount of pounds as dollars.

I tried to order it from you but it give no option to change the country on the postage address to UK it gives no details of postage to UK either. I tried to order it from amazon US causes its not on UK site but they wont post it to UK. Xyron customer service is non existant in the UK and I dont want to phone US because it will cost to much. I am seriously thinking of cutting my losses selling it and buying a craft robo as it does the same job. I only bought a wishblade cause they had better reputation at the time and were well known. The amount of hastle and stress i have had everytime the software has needed an update it wasnt worth it. Thanks for replying your the only one who has my experience of Xryon customer service is not good as I said it is none existant in the UK. I dont think I am the only UK user that is thinking of swapping to craft robo because of these problems. Personally I think Xyron as a big craft company could definately have done alot more to help UK users I am really really not happy. If I cant get it on anysite that posts to UK I will have no option but to sell it and buy a craft robo. Is there any other software I could use. would the robo software work with it cause i know i can get hold of that. I Just need it to work how it was before windows 7 came along is that to much to ask. At the moment I cant do any of the stuff i need it for because my vista laptop has given up the goast! really fed up.

Thanks for replying I might contact customer services I dont know yet. but by the time I pay for the new software I may as well sell my wishblade and buy the updated version of the craft robo there is some good deals at the moment. but I might change my mind yet if I do I will email customer services so they can ring me, thanks. sorry if ive moaned at you instead of customer services but I cant be doing with the hastle at the moment I have a 4 month old baby and I just need the easiest solution.
