Hi, I installed the Xyron Create and Cut Plus software on my Mac. The installation of the program appears to be successful, however when I click on the shortcut on my desktop, the program starts to run…. but suddenly before launching the program, it closes and a window appears saying that the application has closed unexpectedly. I have uninstalled and installed the application several times (4) but this error appears over and over again.
Is there a specific way to uninstall the program or re-install the application so that it will run on my Mac?
I also setup using USB but I still have the error message.
To uninstall the program we recommend using the Uninstall program.
On a Mac it is located in: Applications / Xyron Create and Cut Plus folder - Double click Uninstall to run the program.
On PC, go to Windows Start menu, Show all programs, go to the Xyron Create and Cut Plus folder, Click the Uninstall program to run it.
The uninstall program deletes all program files and icons.
Toward the end of the installation, the program will stall for several minutes, make sure you do not interfere with the installation at this point - Installation is complete only when you get a message saying Installation is successful.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling and making sure you fully wait for the installation to be completed.
