I received the wishblade as a gift. It came in a damaged box and the software is the only thing missing. Is there any way I could download the original software?
You will need to contact Customer Service at 1-800-793-3523. We will need to verify the purchase information from whoever you received the gift. There is no Download for the software, and it has a cost associated with it. If the person who gave you the gift feels the product was damaged in shipping (we do not send in damaged packaging) they could contact the shipper about the missing items as well.
