i have been trying to get this thing working for 2 days now. First I couldn't get the machine to cut, which it still doesn't. but I have reinstalled the software 5 times and now I can't even open it because it just says that it has closed unexpectedly. I have the newest Mac computer. Why did the program work a few hours ago but now won't? Any advice before I toss this thing out a window?
Make sure you have it setup up so it is using USB and not serial. To do so, open Production Manager. Right Click on where it says Xyron Wishblade@ serial. Click on Setup Properties. Click on the right tab on the top. Use the drop down selections and choose USB. Select Apply. Then OK - If you are still having problems email me or call me at tech support.
NOTE: this is for Mac windows!
