Instructions:
The Black is the background.
1. Trim the wavy pattern off the patterned paper. Repeat the wavy
pattern on all the patterned papers.
2. Using the Off White Bazzill run the Design Runner over the paper
using the desired images. Trim your images when completed and mount on
black cardstock.
3. The black heart is cut freehand. Once the heart is cut, cut out the
inside of the heart in a not so perfect way to give it that whimsical
feel.
4. Trim layout with ribbon.
