
This project is quick, easy and uses the Xyron Personal Cutting System.
Supplies:
Xyron Personal
Cutting System
Xyron Adhesive Runner
1 sheet 8.5X11 cardstock cut in half then folded in half to make a card
base
Five solid color papers (example is purple blue green and yellow orange)
One print paper (stripes)
String (I used brown embroidery floss)
One Happy Birthday stamp
1. Prep card base by cutting and folding
2. Stamp Happy Birthday sentiment on bottom and middle of inside card
right hand side
3. Cut 3 medium size squares on the XPCS one each of three solid colors
(purple green blue in sample)
4. Cut 3 small squares and one medium square out of the patterned paper
(stripes in sample)
5. Cut three solid color small bows (orange blue purple in sample)
6. Cut one small balloon using a solid color (yellow in sample)
7. Place the patterned medium square in the upper left corner of the
card cover. Adhere with cheetah. Place a solid square beside it and two
below, forming a larger square of the 4 smaller ones.
8. Place the three patterned small squares in each of the three solid
boxes. (I slightly trimmed the bottom corners of each box with my
scissors first). Adhere with Adhesive Runner.
9. Place a solid matching bow on top of each box to create the present
look, and adhere.
10. Tie a small piece of brown floss or string to the bottom of the
yellow balloon. Adhere to patterned square in upper left corner. Enjoy!
